WALKING FOOTBALL
Lincoln Invictus(Walking football) information
Walking football is a slower-paced version of our national game, primarily but not exclusively aimed at the over 50s it offers men and women a chance to continue playing the game they love as well as encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle.
The game is played on smaller pitches with no running on or off the ball, very little contact and kick-ins instead of throw in and plenty of breaks to ensure participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable session. The slower pace doesn’t detract from the competition though – it’s much more than a stroll in the park!
Our sessions take place on a Monday and Friday morning and Wednesday evening, if you would like further information please contact the club secretary Alan Lee on 07715 838843
PAN DISABILITY FOOTBALL
What We’re All About

We aim to cover a range of areas such as ball control, shooting and passing and moving within each session. We always look to develop participants socially, physically, psychologically and technically at a pace that suits the participant.
Sessions:
Open to players aged 12 years and above and take place on a Wednesday afternoon from 5.30 – 7.00 if you would like further information please contact the club chairman Lincoln
